Rebate Caddy collects information you submit through forms, checkout, email, SMS opt-ins, and partner applications so it can deliver rebate research, local offer alerts, contractor matching when requested, and customer support.

Information collected

Typical fields include name, email, phone, ZIP code, city, state, utility provider, project type, timeline, and form source. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; Rebate Caddy does not store full card numbers.

How information is used

Information may be used to deliver requested reports, manage customer and partner requests, send email or SMS only where consent exists, improve site content, operate analytics and advertising, and screen contractor partners.

Sharing

Rebate Caddy may share information with service providers, payment processors, customer-management platforms, and contractor partners only when needed to fulfill a requested service or match request. It does not sell sensitive personal information.

Choices

Email messages should include unsubscribe options. SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Requests can be sent to privacy@rebatecaddy.com.
